Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Start a return by emailing support@hipae.com. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. It usually appears within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Depending on the item: natural rubber and PVC for mats, compressed cork for blocks, buckwheat hull for cushion fill, and microfibre, polyester and nylon for covers and bags. Each product page lists its exact materials.

Some do. Natural rubber mats contain latex, and buckwheat-filled cushions contain buckwheat. If you have a known sensitivity, check the product page before ordering.

Our mats come in 2mm, 4.7mm and 5mm. Thinner mats are lighter and easier to travel with; thicker mats give more cushioning on hard floors. It comes down to preference.

Wipe down with a damp cloth and let it air dry flat. Avoid soaking it or using harsh chemicals.

Yes — the microfibre covers are removable and machine washable cold. Hang dry, and skip the fabric softener.
