Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on hipae.com, operated by Omelva Ltd.

SECTION 01 — 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We want you to love your yoga essentials. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and instructions included.

SECTION 02 — RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Hipae covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. No restocking fee applies.

  • Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.

  • Restocking Fees: We strictly do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in their original, resalable condition.

SECTION 03 — 90-DAY WARRANTY

We provide a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects on our products. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

SECTION 04 — REFUND PROCESS

  • Step 1 — Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 2 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

  • Step 2 — Approval: You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Step 3 — Payment: Approved refunds are processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

SECTION 05 — HOW TO START A RETURN

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@hipae.com with your order number. Please include clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 48 hours with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item securely in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
