Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on hipae.com, operated by Omelva Ltd.

SECTION 01 — SHIPPING AREA

We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

SECTION 02 — SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders $0.00 – $49.99: $4.99 flat rate.

  • Orders $50.00 and above: Free standard shipping.

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout.

SECTION 03 — ORDER CUTOFF & HANDLING TIME

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.

SECTION 04 — TRANSIT TIME & DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control. If your package experiences a significant delay, please contact our support team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it for you.

SECTION 05 — TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's system. We ship using reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is managed at our discretion based on location and order size to ensure the fastest delivery.
